SERENDIPITY ART & COLOR THERAPY
Many of my clients and students have shared that they are drawn to particular pieces because of the colors, or the Images they “see” that seem to mirror or validate something of special significance. Either way, any piece you are drawn to can provide insights and help you learn how to understand the synchronicities that show up in your ordinary reality and dreams!
An Introduction to Color Therapy:
What colors are you drawn to?
The colors you are drawn to, and the colors you dislike can provide insights into your personality, desires, the areas of your life that need balancing and so much more! For example, if you are drawn to the color red, you are most likely independent, aggressive or assertive, highly energetic, competitive, athletic, or enjoy sports, very stubborn or persistent, may have a hot temper, and are happiest when you are the best at what you do, and when inspiring and leading others.
RED Tip: Wear the color RED to stand out in a crowd. Do NOT wear red for long periods of time if you have a hot temper, have high blood pressure or heart disease, as the color red stimulates the release of adrenaline and can raise blood pressure and heart rate. Do not wear the color red around anyone you know that is easily agitated!
The colors you omit consciously or unconsciously from your life reveal the areas of your life that need balancing, empowering, taming or replenishing. For example, if you dislike or have unconsciously neglected the color orange, you may very well fine that you are currently lacking passion, bored, have challenges connecting and in short lack creativity, passion and joy! The Color Therapy Antidote for calling in your creativity, passion and joy, is to use subtle or bold splashes of the color orange in your wardrobe, jewelry, art, decorations or food.
FYI: It’s no coincidence that Home Depot uses the color orange in their branding and logo!
